After 42 years of service, farewell
April 25 - Sr. Clarinda and Sr. Magdalena are
returning to the St. Francis of Assisi Motherhouse in
Milwaukee after a brief 42 year stay at Cardinal Cushing
Centers. Both started as teachers and child care
workers. Sr. Clarinda later concentrated on
teaching, psychology, and historical records. Sr.
Magdalena baked millions of chocolate chip cookies and
lots of other goods.
A liturgy and reception were held in their honor.
