Direct Support Professional- Washington Street Hanover, 20 hours – 3 days/week, Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm flexible
Individual will assist individuals with disabilities to do all the things that we do each day in our lives. Primary emphases are on self-determination and community inclusion. Adult Services Floater- Braintree, South Shore Industries (SSI)/Life Opportunities Unlimited (LOU) Programs, 32 hours/week, Monday – Friday, Variable days, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
Individual will work between two programs SSI and LOU, both located on the Braintree Campus. The individual will assist in supporting a holistic approach that maximizes potential achievement of human Development to include educational, vocational, social, spiritual and personal well being with a particular emphasis on self esteem. The individual will work in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team to provide support, evaluation and treatment of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Individual will transport Adults from Adult Programs to Community events. Vocational Assistant (Cushing Trader) Hanover – Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:00pm, 221 days/school calendar year
Individual will assist the Vocational Instructor in the daily operation of the career site and the supervision and teaching of the students. Will teach the specific competencies for jobs in the vocational site according to the individual abilities of assigned students – these include operating a business, creating arts, design and crafts. Individual will assist in the operating of the Business Arts program. High School Diploma required, specialized skills in: art, design, crafts, business skills and computer skills necessary. Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
Teacher Assistant– Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
Assists the classroom teacher with implementation of student programs, behavior protocol and general classroom supervision. High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Special education or related field and experience with special needs population preferred.
Certified Special Education Teachers Full Time 37.5 hrs/wk (Hanover)
Plans, prepares, and teaches lessons, activities and provide individual and group behavioral intervention services for students with Developmental Disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder. as well as students on the Autism Spectrum in accordance with the goals and objectives outlined in student Individual Education Plans (IEPs). BA, BS, M.Ed. License is required. Special Ed. K-12.
Residential Life Skills - (Hanover)

assisting each student in developing effective decision making
