St. Coletta and Cardinal Cushing Schools of Massachusetts, Inc. is a not for profit organization providing supports to children and adults with developmental disabilities. Several part-time opportunities are available.

 

Registered Nurses (Hanover) Provides care to children with developmental disabilities.  Assists with clinics, dispenses medications, maintains records and provides emergency care as needed.  Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available. 

 

Clinical Social Worker LICSW (Hanover) Provides individual and/or group counseling services to students, consultation to staff and families as well as psychosocial evaluations of students/families on a referral basis.  Master’s Degree, MA license as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and two years’ direct service experience in a clinical setting.

 

Music Therapist ( Hanover)  Provides lessons, performance and leisure expression through music. Candidate will work with other specialists/teachers to develop curriculum in accordance with goals and objectives outlined in Individual Educational Plan (IEP)/Service Plans. Bachelor’s Degree, teaching experience/work in related field, along with valid driver’s license required.  Certification in Special Education, Music or Regular Education preferred.

 

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Hanover) Work as part of a clinical team and provide problem centered behavior plans for developmentally disabled students in school and residential programs. Master's degree, BCBA, and related experience required. 

 

Physical Therapist Assistant (Hanover) As part of an interdisciplinary team, the Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy intervention to students who present motor, balance, orthopedic and gross motor functional needs.  Part-time position.

 

Residential Life Skills Instructors (Hanover) We need energetic people to join our team in rewarding positions teaching life skills to adolescents with special needs. The focus is on assisting each student in developing effective decision making skills and promoting functional independence. A Massachusetts Driver's license is required. We currently have very limited full-time and relief staff opportunities available:

Shift A: Sunday 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM
35.5 hours

Shift B: Wednesday 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, Thursday 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM to Sunday 8:30 AM
40 hours

Overnights: (awake) Most Nights Available, 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM
up to 40 Hours

Weekends: Saturday 8:30 AM to Sunday 8:30 PM
36 hours

Relief Pool Staff (Hanover) A new program initiative that will create per diem direct support workers to perform in various programs on the Hanover campus.

-Starting rate of $13.00/hour with initial hire bonuses and future bonuses available!

            *$1.00 for Bachelor’s Degree

            *$.50 bonus for every 500 weekend/holiday days of service

            *$.50 bonus after 1000 total hours worked

            -Ability to set one’s own availability!
